Version 0.2 Update!


Hey guys! Sorry for the delay, I wanted to get this update out sooner but it gave me a lot of trouble.

For instance, there's currently an issue where the profile tips don't update coming from the previous version. This should be fixed upon viewing one of the newer events for each character. In the meantime, all new character events bouncing from the previous version can be accessed in the morning after accumulating enough trust.

New Content

  • Main Story — 6 Events

  • Varsha — 2 Events
  • Around 22k+ words in total.
  • 200+ images added.

General Changes

  • A map has been added to help navigation in Sanctus.
  • Sex scenes can now be repeated after being viewed.
  • Finley's room is now available at night after viewing the required event.
  • GUI elements have all been moved to the right side of the screen for convenience.
  • Character profiles have been updated with their total number of events for better bookkeeping.

My main focus this update was finishing chapter 1 of the story and giving some love to the characters who didn't get much spotlight the first time around. As you can see, Chelsey, Finley, and Lilac are the stars of this update. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to put time into Mira, Nyla, Astrid, and Beatrice this time around.

Moving forward, I'll be using your feedback to determine if I give character events equal treatment each update,  with slower or more incremental progression, or to focus on half of the cast each time.

Although Chelsey has three additional events this update, it should be noted that they're more akin to two events in regards to length or content. Having them split up into 3 is a stylistic choice in how they're viewed. I'm likely to be following this philosophy with other events moving forward.

Another thing I wanted to do this update but was unable to was adding additional chats in the overworld, as I was pressed for time and they're low on priority in comparison to the rest of the content. However, if you feel otherwise, feel free to let me know. I'll be happy to change development priority based on feedback, as long as it isn't obstructive.

Getting around Sanctus should be easier now with a map allowing you to hop to the more conspicuous locations. It doesn't have all locations available, but it should prove a helpful guide for reaching characters on a dime. The navigation system has also been tuned a bit, removing many travel options that the map can compensate for. Albeit less interconnected, it should be less cluttered and easier to get to the more obscure locations as well.

Future Updates

I'll be looking into playing around more with the affection and disdain system starting next update. My intention is for them to add more flavor to color character interactions, both in the story and in downtime.

With the addition of so many new story events, I also plan on adding new tips on how to progress the story, as well as the option to replay events. If there's still a demand for a gallery that functions beyond that, I'll definitely look into it.

An android build is still in the works. I'd like to get it released this week, but I'm struggling to get it working on my own device. It might be janky this early on, but I'm hoping to be updating it alongside the other releases as long as there's a demand for it.

is it 0.2 i unpacked it and got the 0.1 version or is it just the same folder ?

Made a blunder with the directory name. The folder in the zip simply has an incorrect name, sorry about that!
